Kiraa Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: By renting with Kiraa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not rent with us.
2. Rental Process: Users can browse and select fashion items available for rent. Rental periods, prices, and any associated fees will be provided upon request. Users can reserve items for specific rental periods. Users agree to return rented items in the condition they were received, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
3. Payments and Fees: Users will be charged rental fees. Users agree to pay for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, or late fees.
4. Shipping and Returns: Kiraa will provide a return label and suitable packaging for items rented for 4 days, and will arrange collections for items rented for longer periods. Users are responsible for securely packing the items using the provided packaging and attaching the return label. Returns must be initiated within the specified time frame.
5. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies will be outlined, including any applicable refund processes. Users may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeit a portion of their payment in certain cases.
6. Failure to Return: If you do not return the item by the last day of the Rental End Date, you acknowledge and agree that Kiraa may charge you the following fees:
- Late Fees: £30 for each day the item remains unreturned after the Rental End Date.
- Additional Rental Fees: The applicable Rental Fee for each additional day the item(s) are kept beyond the Rental End Date.
- Legal Expenses: Any reasonable legal expenses incurred by Kiraa in retrieving the item(s) or outstanding Item Fees.
All fees are payable in British Pound Sterling and are subject to change over time.
If the item(s) are not returned by the Rental End Date, Kiraa will contact the renter and allow 7 working days for the item(s) to be returned. If Kiraa believes the item(s) will not be returned, the renter must pay the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the item(s) as listed on the item page. Failure to comply will result in a legal case being opened.
7. Fit Guarantee: If an item does not fit, you will receive a full refund, minus the dry cleaning and delivery fees. The dry cleaning fee will be credited to your account, allowing you to use it for a future rental at any time. You can view the dry cleaning and delivery costs in the rental price breakdown.
Please ensure you open your rental on the day it arrives. If you request a Fit Guarantee, you must do so on the first day you receive the rental, and the item must be back in the post the following day.
8. Item Condition: Items will be thoroughly inspected before and after rentals. Users must report any discrepancies or issues with items upon receipt. Users are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Users will be held liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of items beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Damage Assessment and Charges: Upon the return of rented items, Kiraa will assess their condition. Users will be notified of any damage deemed beyond reasonable wear and tear. Users agree to pay for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs for damaged items, as determined by Kiraa. Kiraa's decision on damage assessment and charges is final.
10. Cleaning: Cleaning of rented items is handled by Kiraa. Users are not required to clean the rented pieces before returning them.
11. Intellectual Property: Kiraa and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. 10. Privacy Kiraa will collect and use personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand data handling practices.
12. Disclaimers: Kiraa provides items on an "as-is" basis. Kiraa does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of items.
13. Limitation of Liability: Kiraa will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Changes to Terms: Kiraa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use implies acceptance of the modified terms.
