Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns:

For 4-day rentals, Kiraa provides a return label and suitable packaging. For longer rentals, Kiraa arranges collections from the provided address. 

Refunds for Misfit Items:

If an item doesn't fit, you'll receive a full refund, minus dry cleaning and delivery fees. The dry cleaning fee will be credited to your account for future rentals. Dry cleaning and delivery costs are detailed in the rental price breakdown.

Cancellation Terms and Fees:

For rentals booked over 48 hours in advance:

More than 10 days prior: Fully refundable.
Within 10 days of Rental Start Date: 30% Cancellation Charge.
Within 48 hours of rental start: Non-refundable.
