For postal orders, we kindly request a minimum notice period of two business days to ensure timely delivery.

If you find yourself needing to place a last-minute order, please reach out to us beforehand to check if there is sufficient time for postage to guarantee delivery by the first day of your hire period.

Click & Collect:

Rentals can be conveniently picked up on the same day if available. To arrange a pickup time, please contact us at info@kiraa.co.uk

Shipping Costs:

UK ONLY: Rent & return via Special Deliver 24 Hour service with Royal Mail for £9.

For 4-day rentals please ensure to post your item on the last day of your rental period using the provided pre-paid label. Collections will be arranged for items rented for longer periods.
