Q. How can I rent a dress?
A.
- Select Your Rental: Browse the catalogue and choose your item.
- Pick Delivery and Duration: Choose a delivery date and rental period, ideally 1-2 days before your event.
- Complete Booking: Finish your booking and tag @kiraa.uk on social media.
- Return the Item: On the last rental day, pack the item back in the box for Royal Mail to collect from your doorstep.
Q. What can I do if my item arrives and it doesn’t fit me?
A. If an item doesn't fit, you'll receive a full refund, minus dry cleaning and delivery fees. The dry cleaning fee will be credited to your account for future rentals. Dry cleaning and delivery costs are detailed in the rental price breakdown.

A.Take into account the item’s RRP and consider how much you would be willing to rent it for yourself.
